I know someone who would like this ^__^

Pardon?

More things that won't die

Thankfully I already know what you mean, or I'd never figure out what you're saying

Do not allow the child to open and close

They must have a different model of child here...

Season's eatings

Chestnut caramel latte with (rapidly sinking) half chestnut. On the way out of Tokyo Tower - the miniature effect setting got lots of use.

Have an ice cream for Xmas

Where's Kitty?

Jigsaw with prefectural Kitties.

Kitties of Japan, unite! 2

Kitties of Japan, unite!

The Sanrio concession at Tokyo Tower sells all the Kitties from all over Japan. Too many to fit in one shot.

An oldie but a goodie

Everyone's talking about Sky Tree, but Tokyo Tower is still fun. It was an incredibly clear and warm day, but shy Mt Fuji was still hidden behind a cloud.

Old and new

This kind of view is one of the things I love about Japan. Jozo-ji temple with Tokyo Tower behind it.

Kitty says thank you

Kitty-branded biscuit gift set seen at Lawson.

Just doing my job

Jozo-ji temple, one of the five guardian temples of Tokyo and former family temple of the Tokugawas.

Surprised by the number of black-suited businessmen, alone or in groups, walking up, throwing coins into the offering box, bowing and praying, then turning on their heel and leaving again. I suppose it is a temple to pray for victory.

This one's for you, Mom

The insanely steep 'male' "Stairway to Success" at Atago Shrine near Kamiyacho. I took the slightly easier option of the winding 'female' stairs beside them.

The final solution

Muchas gracias to BA for making it easy and t not exorbitantly expensive to add an extra bag. (Although it was more expensive than finnair.)

Now I can stop worrying about that and head out to try some of the walks in the book I picked up in Tower Records yesterday. ^__^
