Yurakucho has a number of shops selling regional products from other prefectures. This one was for Akita, and I saw ones for Hokkaido (great soba tea) and Kumamoto (whose mascot Kumamon is wildly popular at the moment, possibly thanks to the prefecture's decision not to copyright him and allow anyone to use him).
