It's a cafe/deli/restaurant with a disco ball on the top floor of Shinpukan and it's delicious! Mixed deli starter, simmered pork and mixed mushroom donburi followed by yuzu chiffon cake, banana cake, vanilla ice cream and coffee.
Dammit, I want to live here and run tours.
