Food of the servants of the gods
Shojin ryori lunch in Kyoto - technically fit for a monk! Delicious goma-dofu (tofu with sesame) and Koya-dofu (dried and reconstituted tofu in the style of MT. Koya), and the tempura pickled plum (further processed to make it sweet) was delicious.
